Hamilton College started the 2016-17 season with losses against Williams and Wesleyan at Hamilton's Little Squash Center on Nov. 19 and 20.
The Continentals (0-2 overall) dropped an 8-1 decision against Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon and fell 9-0 against Williams on Sunday afternoon. Hamilton is 28th in the College Squash Association team rankings while Williams is 18th and Wesleyan is 19th.
Atticus Jones '19 picked up the Continentals' team point with his win at the eighth position in the Wesleyan match. Jones defeated Josh Lane in three games by scores of 11-8, 11-9 and 11-4.
Hamilton is back in action on Saturday, Dec. 3 with two more matches inside the friendly confines of the Little Squash Center. The Continentals take on Tufts at 2 p.m. and then New York University at 5:30 p.m.
