2017: Played in 23 matches (20 starts) and 87 sets her senior season... Recorded 108 blocks and 115 kills (1.32 kills per set)... Her 1.24 blocks per set ranked her fifth in Division III... Tallied a season-high 9 blocks and 12 kills on Sept. 23 in a 3-2 loss to Morrisville... Completed her Hamilton career with 1.11 blocks per set and 485 kills (1.52 kills per set)... Ranks third on the program's all-time list with 353 career blocks... Named to the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team... Recipient of the Hamilton College Scholar-Athlete Award for the highest cumulative grade point average on their team.

2016: Played in 17 matches (7 starts) and 60 sets as a junior... Recorded 110 kills (1.83 kills per set) and was ranked fourth in the NESCAC with 1.00 blocks per set (60 total blocks)... Had a season-high 10 blocks in a 3-1 win at Smith on Oct. 21... Totaled a season-high 11 kills in a 3-0 win at Trinity and in a 3-0 win against Emmanuel... Completed the year fifth on the program's all-time list with with 245 career blocks... Named to the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team.

2015: Played in 20 matches (9 starts) and 71 sets during her sophomore season... Recorded 86 kills (1.21 kills per set) and was ranked fifth in the NESCAC with 0.94 blocks per set (67 total blocks)... Tallied at least eight blocks in four separate matches... Had a season-high 10 kills in a 3-2 loss at Bates on Oct. 16... Named to the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team.

2014: Played in 27 matches (16 starts) and 101 sets as a first year... Recorded 174 kills (1.72 kills per set) and was ranked second in the NESCAC with 1.17 blocks per set (118 total blocks)... Notched a career-high 11 blocks in a 3-2 loss at Oswego on Sept. 13... Tallied 12 kills, a career-high, three times during the season... Named to the All-Tournament Teams at the Skidmore Classic and Oswego Tournament.

Personal: Majors in geoscience... Margaret attended Concord Carlisle High School... She played on the Smash club volleyball team for four years... Margaret is the daughter of Patrick and Carrie O'Brien.

Margaret is also a member of the Hamilton College women's tennis team.
