Honored with the Jean-Marius Gelas Memorial Award at the 2018 Jack B. Riffle Senior Varsity Athlete Celebration. The Gelas Awards are presented annually to a male and female senior student-athlete who has displayed outstanding development in sportsmanship, leadership, character and athletic ability during their college years.
2017: Started all 18 games as a senior... Scored the game-winner in a 2-0 win over SUNY Oneonta on Sept. 13... Credited with the assist on the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory at Bowdoin on Oct. 14... Completed her Hamilton career with 10 goals and two assists.
2016: Appeared in all 16 games her junior season, including four starts... Had a career-high three points in a 4-0 win over Sage on Oct. 11... Finished the season with one goal and one assist.
2015: Played in 14 of 15 games during her sophomore season, including one start... Scored the game-winner in a 2-1 victory over Colby on Oct. 24... Finished the season with six goals for a career-high 12 points.
2014: Played in 11 of 15 games as a first year... Scored her first collegiate goal in a 3-2 loss against Middlebury on Oct. 12... Finished the season with two goals.
Personal: Majors in literature... Minors in philosophy... Darby attended St. Stephen's and St. Agnes... She played on the Alexandria Freedom club team for seven years... Darby is the daughter of Alden and Amy Philbrick.
Darby is also a member of the Hamilton College women's lacrosse team.
