Travis Regner

Travis Regner joined the Hamilton College women's soccer staff as an assistant coach in July 2024. He has been a Division I assistant at Temple University and Villanova University, as well as Eastern University. Most recently, Regner managed 36 travel soccer teams as technical director of the Huntingdon Valley Athletics Association in Pennsylvania since July 2023.

Regner coached at Temple during the 2021 and 2022 seasons. He assisted in all daily operations including travel, recruiting, daily training sessions, scouting and match analysis.

Regner was hired as an assistant at Villanova in 2019. The Wildcats posted a 10-7-3 record in 2019 and advanced to their conference semifinals for the first time in 15 years. It was also the team's first 10-win season in 10 years. The 2020 season was cancelled due to the pandemic.

Regner started at Eastern as an assistant on the men's coaching staff in 2016. He and the rest of the staff were selected the Mid-Atlantic Region coaching staff of the year in 2018 after the Eagles went 18-3-2, earned conference regular season and tournament titles, and advanced to the third round of the NCAA Division III championship. In 2017 Eastern won 13 matches and the conference's regular season crown, and in 2016 the Eagles were 15-4-3 and conference tournament champs, and played in the NCAA championship second round.

Regner was an undergraduate assistant for the University at Albany men's team in 2014 and 2015. He assisted the head goalkeepers coach, and in 2015 the Great Danes captured the America East Conference regular season title for the first time in team history. 

Regner's head club coaching experience includes Huntingdon Valley Athletics Association, FC Bucks Soccer Club (Elite Clubs National League) and Lower Merion Soccer Club. He was also an assistant coach locally with the Odyssey Sport Soccer Club (2011-16).

Regner most recently earned his USSF "D" coaching license and TOVO T2 license in 2024. He has a bachelor's degree from Albany and a master's degree from Eastern.
