Sophomore (2025): Appeared in 13 games for the Continentals … scored 3 goals and had 2 assists on the season … picked up 17 ground balls, had 6 caused turnovers, and 8 draw controls.
 
First Year (2024): Appeared in all 13 games for the Continentals … ended the season with 8 goals and 3 assists … first career goal in win against Bates (March 2) … picked up 6 ground balls, had 4 caused turnovers, and 1 draw control.
 
Before Hamilton: Attended the Canterbury School and graduated in 2023 … played lacrosse, soccer, and ice hockey in high school … played for Dewlax Club … AWARDS: Charles R. Huntington Scholar-Athlete Award, All-NEPSAC First Team, MVP, Coaches Award (soccer).
 
Personal: Daughter of Denise and George Trach … has one sister Cadence (Skidmore ‘24/Fordham ‘25) … Community Advisor, member of Strong Girls Club, OneLove Club, IM soccer … favorite movie is Hunger Games … favorite athlete is Bethany Hamilton … enjoys working out, going for walks, playing the piano, traveling, spending time outside, and working with animals  … pre-game superstition: drink coffee, go spend time in the trainers, listen to Bounce Back by Big Sean (without being interrupted, if I am I need to restart the song), 15 minute walk/bike ride depending on if we are home or away.
 
Why Hamilton: “I felt connected to Hamilton because I loved the community, it felt like home right away. I also really liked the super competitive athletics and academics.”
 
Fun Fact: “I can pick things up with my feet.”
