Biography

2021: Started all four games... Finished the season with five ground balls and six caused turnovers... All-NESCAC second team selection...Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2020: Started all three games.... led the team with 13 ground balls... recorded one assist against Amherst on Feb. 29.

2019: Appeared in all 14 games as a first-year... Second on the team in ground balls (43) and caused turnovers (14), ranking him 34th and 28th in the NESCAC, respectively... Had five ground balls and one caused turnover in a 17-9 win over Colby on March 9... Totaled six ground balls and two caused turnovers against No. 2 Amherst on March 24... Recorded season-highs in ground balls (7) and caused turnovers (4) at No. 12 Bates on March 30... Had an assist and two ground balls at Middlebury on April 3... Picked up four ground balls in a 15-12 win at Vassar on April 17.

Personal: Undeclared major... Marc attended Trinity-Pawling School... He is the son of Chris and Sue Welch.
