2019: Did not see any game action as a senior... Completed his Hamilton career with two caused turnovers in six games... Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2018: Appeared in one game as a junior... Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2017: Did not see any game action during his sophomore season... Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2016: Appeared in five of 15 games as a first year... Caused one turnover in an 18-5 win over Utica on March 9... Finished the season with two caused turnovers.

Personal: Majors in economics and Spanish... Avery attended The Hotchkiss School... He played for the Connecticut Rip-It Lacrosse Club for two years... Avery is the son of Douglas and Jennifer Klinger.
