Tyler Hudson is in his fourth year as the linebackers coach with the Hamilton football coaching staff. He enjoyed a decorated playing career with the Continentals from 2015 to 2017 as a defensive lineman and a linebacker.
Hudson played on the line his first two years and finished with 94 tackles, eight sacks, six pass breakups and two forced fumbles. He was second in the NESCAC with 12.5 tackles for loss as a first-year and third with 12 TFL the following year when he was selected first team all-conference.
The native of nearby Whitesboro switched over to linebacker for his junior year and responded with another first team all-NESCAC selection. Hudson was second in the conference with 92 tackles, including 5.5 TFL and 2.5 sacks, and recovered four fumbles.
Hudson received his bachelor's degree in economics in 2019.
