Jeff Friedman

Jeff Friedman joined the Hamilton College football staff as an assistant coach in August 2010 after a four-year playing career with the Continentals. Friedman coaches the running backs. One of his backs made the D3football.com all-region team in 2015 and two have been all-NESCAC team selections.

Friedman was an assistant at Tenafly High School in New Jersey in 2009. He worked with the offensive and defensive lines and special teams. He helped guide Tenafly's varsity program to a 9-1 record and he was head coach of the junior varsity.

Friedman was a three-year varsity letter winner at defensive tackle and started his senior year in 2004. At Tenafly he was an all-league selection at defensive tackle and a two-year starter on offense and defense.

Friedman graduated with a degree in biology and a minor in history before he earned a law degree from American University in Washington, D.C., in 2008. Friedman lives in Clinton with his wife Kalley (Greer '07) and their three children.
