Bill Pawloski joined the Hamilton College football staff as an assistant coach in August 2024. He coaches the tight ends.

Pawloski was the outside linebackers coach at SUNY Morrisville in 2016 and the co-defensive coordinator and defensive line coach for the Mustangs from 2006 to 2009. In 2010 he served as the running backs coach and offensive qualify control at Saint Vincent College.

Pawloski worked at Camden High School from 1987 to 2009. During that time he was the head coach for the varsity football and boys' track and field teams, and the school's strength coach.

In 2003 Pawloski was selected the Section III Central New York Football Coach of the Year after he led Camden to the Class A title -- the first section championship in program history -- and a 10-1 record. His teams went undefeated in the Tri-Valley League (TVL) twice and made the section playoffs six times, and he holds the school record for most coaching wins in a career. Pawloski was named the 1998 Central New York Football Coach of the Year for Class A and the 1994 TVL Class B Football Coach of the Year.

In the 1970's and 80's Pawloski was an assistant coach for a number of teams at the high school, college and semi-pro levels in South Carolina and Central New York. Pawloski grew up near Pittsburgh, Pa., and earned his bachelor's degree from Alliance College. He went on to receive a master's degree from Syracuse University.
