Patrick Greenan

Pat Greenan joined the Hamilton College baseball staff as their pitching coach prior to the 2026 season. He brings a proven track record of pitching development and program impact.

Greenan most recently served as pitching coach at the University of Massachusetts Boston during the 2025 season, when he guided the Beacons’ pitching staff to its best statistical season since the program’s 2019 NCAA Division III championship appearance.

Prior to his time in Boston, Greenan spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons at Salem State University, where he played a central role in a rapid program turnaround. In 2024 the Vikings ranked in the top 25 in Division III in both ERA (3.96) and walks per nine innings (3.55) and captured the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) regular season title one year after finishing 11–26.

Greenan has been part of a staff that received MASCAC Coaching Staff of the Year honors and he has coached two all-region pitchers, two conference rookie of the year honorees, and multiple all-conference selections.

Greenan has also worked extensively in the private sector training professional and collegiate pitchers at Push Performance in Mesa, Ariz., and East Coast Evolution in the greater Boston area.
