2017: Played in one game as a senior... Had one solo tackle at Tufts on Sept. 16... Completed his Hamilton career with 17 tackles (11 solo). 

2016: Played in four games as a junior... Had three tackles against both Middlebury and Bates... Finished the season with eight tackles.

2014: Participated in two games during his sophomore season... Returned four kicks for 53 yards at Bates on Nov. 8.

2013: Played in five of eight games as a first year... Made a career-high four tackles on Sept 21 against Amherst, including one tackle for a loss of five yards... Had five carries for five yards against Bowdoin on Oct. 12... Rushed for six yards on two carries and had one solo tackle against Colby on Oct. 19... Finished the season with eight tackles.

Personal: Majors in government... Rory attended Seton Hall Prep... He is the son of John and Karen Merklinger.
