2021: Started all five games... Finished the season with seven goals, three assists, nine ground balls and four caused turnovers... Named to the NESCAC Women's Lacrosse All-Conference team... Named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III Academic Honor Roll... Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2020: Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2019: Appeared in all 15 games as a sophomore... Recorded at least one point in 14 games... Led the team in goals (23) and free position goals-shots (13-28), ranking her 34th and 12th in the NESCAC, respectively... Matched a career-high three goals and added an assist for a personal-best four points at No. 8 Colby on March 9... Scooped up a career-best five ground balls and scored twice in a 14-13 win over No. 14 Bowdoin on March 16... Scored two goals in back-to-back wins over SUNY Oneonta on March 26 and No. 24 Skidmore on March 28... Had one goal, three ground balls and three caused turnovers in a 19-9 win at Connecticut College on April 13... Scored three times with one assist at No. 21 Ithaca on April 24... Finished the season with five assists, 25 ground balls, 11 caused turnovers and 30 draw controls.

2018: Appeared in all 16 games as a first year... Scored her first collegiate goal at No. 13 William Smith on March 7... Notched season-highs in ground balls (4) and caused turnovers (3) in a 10-5 win at Skidmore on March 28... Scored three goals in a 13-8 win over Conn. College on April 14... Finished the season with 10 goals, 21 ground balls, 17 caused turnovers and six draw controls. 

Personal: Biochemistry and Hispanic studies dual major... Tessa attended Brookfield High School... She played for the NewLax Lacrosse Club for three years... Tessa is the daughter of Sean Ryan '89 and Janet Olsen Ryan '90... Her twin sister Savannah '21 is also a member of the women's lacrosse team.
