Honored with the Jean-Marius Gelas Memorial Award at the 2018 Jack B. Riffle Senior Varsity Athlete Celebration. The Gelas Awards are presented annually to a male and female senior student-athlete who has displayed outstanding development in sportsmanship, leadership, character and athletic ability during their college years.
2017: Played in all nine games as a senior... Made five catches for 39 yards against Amherst on Sept. 23... Had a 15 yard carry at Middlebury on Nov. 4... Made four receptions for 70 yards, including a 25 yard catch for his first collegiate touchdown, in a 35-14 win over Bates on Nov. 11... Finished the season with 160 reception yards and 10 yards per catch... Completed his Hamilton career with 204 reception yards, 58 rushing yards and one touchdown... Received NESCAC Fall All-Sportsmanship Team honors... Honored at the Annual Scholar Athlete Awards Dinner for the Central New York chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc.
2016: Played in seven games as a junior... Made two catches for 16 yards at Amherst on Sept. 24... Had a seven yard carry at Wesleyan on Oct. 1... Made a career-high 32 yard carry in a 16-6 win over Williams on Oct. 29.
2015: Played in seven games during his sophomore season.
2014: Played in four of eight games as a first year... Caught his first collegiate pass on Oct. 4 against Trintiy for 28 yards... Made a solo tackle on Oct. 25 against Williams.
Personal: Majors in mathematics... Minors in economics... Eli attended Hiram High School... He is the son of Eli and Sherri Saucier.
Eli is also a member of the Hamilton College men's track and field team.
