CLINTON, N.Y. -- Williams College won all six singles matches in straight sets and the Ephs recorded a 7-0 NESCAC victory against the Hamilton College Continentals at Hamilton's Tietje Family Tennis Center on Saturday, April 18.
Season Update
- Hamilton (7-7, 1-6 NESCAC) is 47th in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III computerized team rankings. The Continentals were coming off a 7-0 win against SUNY Oneonta on April 11.
- The 18th-ranked Ephs (9-3, 6-1) have won each of their last two matches by 7-0 decisions.
How It Happened
Williams won all three doubles matches and captured the doubles team point. The Ephs went on to sweep the singles matches.
Notes
The No. 1 doubles match featured a clash between nationally ranked pairings. Williams' 12th-ranked Nicholas Chen and Simon Volkema defeated 15th-ranked
Eerik Villem Aadamsoo '28 and
Lleyton Mendieta '28 by a 6-4 decision.
