MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Hamilton College men's and women's squash teams lost 9-0 decisions against the Middlebury College Panthers inside Middlebury's Bostwick Family Squash Center on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
The Hamilton women (4-8 overall) were 23
rd in the most recent College Squash Association varsity team rankings while the Panthers were 14
th.
On the men's side, the Continentals (5-7) were 25
th in the varsity team rankings and Middlebury was 16
th. Two Hamilton players extended their opponents to five games in their matches before the Panthers prevailed.
The Continentals return to the court on Friday, Jan. 30 against Brown University at SquashBusters in Providence, R.I., and on Saturday, Jan. 31 at Connecticut College.
