ITHACA, N.Y. – Hamilton College swimmers finished first in 10 events and the Continentals won their dual meet against No. 25 Ithaca College by a score of 172-128 inside Ithaca's Kelsey Partridge Bird Natatorium on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 17.

Brooks Risher '27 claimed first-place finishes in the 500- and 1,000-yard freestyle. The Continentals took the top three spots in the 1,000 free with Charlotte Moulson '26 and Kylie Willis '29 finishing second and third, respectively.

Jade Matthias '26 was part of four victories for the Continentals. Matthias finished first in the 50 free and the 100 butterfly, combined with Paige Wielgus '28, Megan Janczyk '29 and Carolyn Miner '27 to take home the 200 medley relay, and anchored the winning 400 free relay that included Wielgus, Ashlyn Blessey '26 and Miner.

Charlotte Sorensen '28 took the top spot in the 200 fly and the 200 individual medley.

The Continentals improved to 3-2 in dual meets. Hamilton returns to Bristol Pool for senior day against Middlebury College and Williams College on Saturday, Jan. 24.
