2025 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships preview

Rogan '28 runs in the women's 3,000 meters on Saturday evening, March 15

Hamilton College's Keira Rogan '28 (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Schuylerville Central School) competes in the women's 3,000-meter run at the 2025 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships inside Nazareth University's Golisano Training Center in Pittsford, N.Y., on Saturday, March 15 at 6 p.m.

Rogan had the ninth-fastest performance in Division III in the 3,000 meters this season with a team-record time of 9:42.20 at Utica University's Blue and Orange Invitational on Feb. 8. She's one of 20 athletes entered in the race. The top eight finishers are first team all-Americans and the runners that finish in ninth through 16th place are second team all-Americans.

Rogan also would have qualified to compete in the 1-mile run and the 5,000-meter run. She posted the eighth-best time in the 5,000 meters (16:47.68) at Cornell University's Kane Invitational on Feb. 15, and recorded the 17th-fastest time in the mile (4:56.62) at the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Championships on March 8. Rogan set team records in both events.

Rogan is already no stranger to the national stage. She finished in 15th place out of 290 runners at the 2024 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Nov. 23. Rogan is from Saratoga Springs, which is about three-and-a-half hours from Pittsford where the indoor track & field championships are being held this weekend.
