BENNINGTON, Vt. – Williams College won five singles matches in straight sets and the Ephs defeated the Hamilton College Continentals 6-1 in NESCAC action inside Bennington Tennis Center on Sunday, March 9.
Season Update
- Nationally ranked No. 34 Hamilton (2-2, 0-2 NESCAC) has dropped its last two matches after opening the spring season with two wins.
- No. 10 Williams (1-2, 1-1) has played two ranked Division III teams and Division I Dartmouth College.
How It Happened
- Antonio Chavez '28 and Charlie Sternberg '27 were 6-3 winners at No. 3 doubles. The Ephs won the other two doubles matches and collected the doubles team point.
- Eerik Villem Aadamsoo '28 picked up the Continentals' team point with a three-set win at No. 4 singles. He rallied after dropping the first set, winning 6-2 in the second set and prevailing 10-8 in the third set super-tiebreaker.

- Sternberg registered his 21st career doubles victory at Hamilton.
- Aadamsoo posted his seventh singles win this season.
