HARTFORD, Conn. – Two Hamilton College swimmers set pool records and the women's swimming and diving team split their tri-meet at the Trinity College Natatorium on Sunday, Nov. 23.
The Continentals (1-1 overall) cruised to a 226-72 win against the hosts and dropped a 178-121 decision against nationally ranked No. 19 Colby College. Hamilton competes in the three-day Massachusetts Institute of Technology Winter Invitational starting on Friday, Dec. 5.
Paige Wielgus '28 broke the pool record in the 50-yard backstroke and
Jade Matthias '26 accomplished the same feat in the 50 butterfly.
Emma Robinson '26 (1,000 freestyle),
Charlotte Moulson '26 (500 free) and
Zoe Reynolds '28 (200 individual medley) also finished in first place in their events.
