CLINTON, N.Y. – Seven Hamilton College players swept their opponents in three games and the other two won by default in the Continentals' 9-0 victory against Vassar College inside Hamilton's Little Squash Center on Saturday, Jan. 25.
Hamilton is 27th in the College Squash Association varsity team rankings while Vassar is 30th. The Continentals host St. Lawrence University on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 6 p.m.
Sarah Stonestreet '25, Eleanor Bailey '25 and
Karis Sun '28 were winners at the top of the ladder. Bailey recorded her 20
th career victory and Sun leads Hamilton with five wins this season.
Gainsley Korengold '25, Eliza Glass '25 and
Chiara Nadel '27 triumphed in the middle of the ladder. Glass collected her 23
rd career win and Korengold notched her 16
th.
Kathryn Swords '27 dropped just nine points to her opponent at the seventh position.
Bailey, Glass, Korengold and Stonestreet were honored before the match in recognition of their careers at Hamilton.
