CLINTON, N.Y. – Colby College captured four of the six singles matches in straight sets and the Mules went on to a 7-2 NESCAC win against the Hamilton College Continentals inside Hamilton's Margaret Bundy Scott Field House on Sunday, April 7.
The Continentals (4-5, 1-4 NESCAC) aim to return to the win column against Connecticut College on Saturday, April 13 when the team will honor their seniors. Colby (5-3, 2-1) is 31
st in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III Collegiate Tennis Rankings.
Shannon Cicero '25 evened her singles record at 4-4 this season with her second win against a NESCAC opponent. Cicero won her fifth flight match in straight sets and has 22 career victories.

Stephanie Pratt '25, who are ranked sixth as a doubles team in the Northeast Region by the ITA, were 8-4 winners in their first flight match. They are 6-2 as a pairing this season and 12-5 in their Hamilton career. Apsey has a 36-19 career record in doubles with the Continentals.
