Women's soccer takes on Tufts in NESCAC quarterfinal on Nov. 2

Seventh-seeded Continentals and second-seeded Jumbos kick off in Medford at 11 a.m.

The Hamilton College Continentals travel to Medford, Mass., for a 2024 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Women's Soccer Championship quarterfinal against Tufts University at Tufts' Bello Field on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 11 a.m.

No. 7 seed Hamilton has an overall record of 6-6-3 and finished seventh in the conference standings with nine points and a record of 2-5-3. The Continentals tied the Jumbos 2-2 at home on Sept. 21. Hamilton has advanced to the NESCAC semifinals twice since 2011, including in 2021 when the Continentals defeated Tufts 1-0 in the quarterfinals.

The second-seeded Jumbos are 12-2-1 overall and finished second in the conference standings with 22 points and a record of 7-2-1. Tufts enters the postseason on an eight-match win streak. The Jumbos are ranked seventh in the United Soccer Coaches Division III Top 25 poll and second in Region I in the NCAA's NPI ranking.
