- In the bottom of the fourth Taylor Kaufman '26 led off with a triple to right center and Bernstein pulled a pitch into right field for a single and a run batted in.

- Once again, Hamilton had a swift response with three runs in the bottom half. Griffin led off with a single to center and Tallarida walked. Both runners moved into scoring position on a failed pickoff attempt at second base as the pitcher's throw sailed into center field. Kaufman took a pitch the other way and poked a two-run double down the line in right field. Kaufman stole third and scored on Bernstein's groundout for a commanding 12-4 advantage.
- Ithaca rallied in its last at-bat with four runs on five hits and two walks. Michael Ghiorsi '23 finally ended the game on a called third strike with the bases loaded and the tying run at the plate.
