The Continentals shut out Colby twice in home wins back on Jan. 6 and 7.

The Mules (17-6-0) are ranked 10th in Division III and are the third seed for the championship after they finished in third place in the conference standings with a 10-6 record (32 points). Colby won its sixth straight game on Feb. 25 when the Mules outlasted Trinity College 2-1 in double overtime in the quarterfinals. Colby's only previous finals appearance came back in 2008 when the Mules lost to Amherst.
