No. 2 seed men's basketball hosts NESCAC Championship quarterfinal

Continentals take on Connecticut College at Scott Field House on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m.

The Hamilton College Continentals host the Connecticut College Camels at Margaret Bundy Scott Field House in a 2023 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Men's Basketball Championship quarterfinal on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m.

Hamilton finished the regular season with an overall record of 16-8 and tied for first place in the conference standings with a 7-3 record. The Continentals are the No. 2 seed for the championship for the first time since 2019 when they made it to the final where they lost to Amherst College. Hamilton defeated Conn. College 72-62 at home less than two weeks ago on Feb. 5.

The Camels ended the regular season with an overall record of 14-10 and tied for sixth place in the conference standings with a 5-5 record. Conn. College is the seventh seed for the championship and is making its eighth appearance in the event. The Camels' lone win in the championship came in the first year it was held in 2001.
