The William Smith College Herons defeated the Hamilton College Continentals 8-1 in a 2022 CSA National Collegiate Team Championships Walker Cup semifinal at Harvard University on Saturday morning.
 
Hamilton (8-11 overall) is 23rd in the College Squash Overall Team Rankings. The Continentals will play No. 17 Franklin & Marshall College in a Walker Cup consolation match at Harvard on Sunday, Feb. 27 at 9 a.m. William Smith (13-4) is ranked 22nd.
 
Hamilton's Eliza Glass '25 improved to 8-6 this season with a four-game win at the eighth position. Eleanor Bailey '25 nearly pulled off a victory at the third position after she won the third game 16-14, but ultimately fell in five.
