Hamilton College's Sam Meyerowitz '24 scored the Continentals' lone goal in their 2-1 non-conference loss against SUNY Oneonta at Oneonta's Red Dragon Field on Tuesday afternoon. 
 
How It Happened

• The Red Dragons struck early at 15:06 on a goal by Ian Zingaro that was assisted by Robert Bruschini. 
• Lucas Fecci built a 2-0 cushion for Oneonta on a pass from Milton Mancias Magana in the 33^rd minute.
• Meyerowitz split the Red Dragons' lead in half on a slick goal that settled in the lower right-hand corner after a feed from Luke Peplowski '25 just 62 seconds into the second half. 
• Hamilton put three shots on target in the last 27 minutes but Oneonta's Nate Hanna made the saves. 
• The Continentals outshot Oneonta 11-5 including 8-2 in the second half. 
• Hamilton held a 5-2 advantage in corner kicks.

• Hamilton (8-3-4 overall) is ranked 23rd in the D3soccer.com Top 25 poll and received votes in the United Soccer Coaches Division III Top 25 poll.

• Meyerowitz tallied his second goal of the season.
• Peplowski collected his fourth assist and leads Hamilton with 14 points. 
• Oneonta's Zingaro registered his second goal this year. 
• Fecci added his 10th goal and leads the Red Dragons with 24 points.  
• Hanna collected four saves.
