The Hamilton College Continentals breezed to a 9-0 win against the Vassar College Brewers at Vassar's Kenyon Squash Courts on Sunday afternoon.
Hamilton, which is 23
rd in the College Squash Overall Team Rankings, improved its record to 6-7. Eight matches lasted the minimum three games and
Ellie Arnold '22 recorded her win by default. The 30
th-ranked Brewers dropped to 6-4.
The Continentals return to the courts on Friday, Feb. 11 when they host the 2022 NESCAC Women's Squash Championship at Little Squash Center.
Sarah Stonestreet '25, Eliana Good '24 and
Eleanor Bailey '25 were Hamilton's winners at the top of the ladder. Bailey evened her season record at 6-6.
Madison Sakheim '22, Zoe Reinert '24 and
Eleanor Struthers '22 dominated in the middle of the ladder. Sakheim picked up her 30
th career victory and Struthers leads the team with nine this season.
Sydney Soloway '22 surrendered just three points to her opponent at the seventh position, and
Eliza Glass '25 moved to 5-3 this season with her triumph at the eighth position.
