The Hamilton College Continentals lost to the Wesleyan University Cardinals and the St. Lawrence University Saints on Saturday inside Hamilton's Margaret Bundy Scott Field House.
Hamilton (6-9, 2-6 NESCAC) won the first two sets against Wesleyan but dropped the next three in the early match. The Continentals captured one set in the late afternoon match against St. Lawrence (10-9).

Hamilton vs. Wesleyan
The set scores were 21-25, 14-25, 25-18, 25-20 and 15-10. Hamilton posted a .164 hitting percentage with 51 kills, nine aces, a season-high 14 blocks, 48 assists, 57 digs and 25 errors in 159 attempts.
Wesleyan (12-2, 6-2), who received votes in the most recent Division III coaches' poll, finished with a .146 hitting percentage with 50 kills, seven aces, seven blocks, 46 assists, 70 digs and 29 errors in 144 attempts.
The Continentals'
Kate Carman '24 tied a career high with 21 kills and eclipsed 20 for the fourth time this season.
Deirdre Corrigan '23 added 13 kills with three service aces and nine digs.
Melissa Morelli '24 recorded 40 assists and 14 digs, and
Cece Nourie '25 was credited with 12 digs.
Chiara Morley-McLaughlin '24 had a season-best seven blocks and served three aces,
Drew Stimson '25 tied a season high with six blocks, and
Jane Fanning '22 posted a career-best five blocks.
In the first set Hamilton took a 19-11 lead and the Continentals jumped out to an 8-1 advantage in the second set and never trailed. Wesleyan led the entire third set after starting with a 10-2 run. The fourth set was tied seven times and Hamilton held an early 8-3 lead before Wesleyan rallied. The Cardinals clinched the set with five straight points including two kills by Bella Ahearn. Hamilton held an early 3-2 edge in the fifth set, but Wesleyan scored the next three points and didn't trail again.
Hamilton vs. St. Lawrence
The set scores were 25-19, 25-18, 15-25 and 25-20. Hamilton posted a .126 hitting percentage with 42 kills, seven aces, seven blocks, 39 assists, 60 digs and 26 errors in 127 attempts.
St. Lawrence finished with a .161 hitting percentage with 39 kills, eight aces, seven blocks, 36 assists, 50 digs and 19 errors in 124 attempts.
Carman had a team-high 15 kills and added 11 digs, and Corrigan chipped in eight kills. Morelli recorded 27 assists, two blocks and two service aces. Nourie matched a season high with 16 digs and Morley-McLaughlin had six kills and five blocks.
Hamilton led the first set 7-2 but the Saints went on a 9-1 spree and grabbed the lead for good. The Saints took a 3-0 lead in the second set before the Continentals tied it at 5-5 and 6-6. St. Lawrence scored the next four points and led the rest of the way.
The Continentals started the third set with four straight points and eventually led by as many as 13. St. Lawrence raced out to a 9-3 edge in the fourth set and Hamilton didn't get closer than four points after that.
The Continentals are on the road Friday, Oct. 22 to play Clark University at 4 p.m. at Smith College.
