The Hamilton College Continentals defeated Mount Holyoke College and fell to Amherst College and Wesleyan University in western Massachusetts on Jan. 25 and 26.

Hamilton (4-7 overall) posted a 7-2 victory over Mount Holyoke on Sunday morning. The Continentals dropped a 9-0 decision against Amherst on Saturday afternoon and lost 8-1 against Wesleyan at Amherst later that night. Hamilton is 23rd in the College Squash Association Team Rankings. Amherst is 16th in the rankings, Wesleyan is 20th and Mount Holyoke is 26th.

Liesl Guenther '21 led the Continentals with two wins during the weekend. Guenther evened her season record at 4-4 with a four-game triumph at the fifth position against Wesleyan and a three-game sweep at the sixth position at Mount Holyoke.

Hamilton won all its matches in three games against Mount Holyoke. Natalie Harrity '23 (third position) and Daisy Sulavik '22 (eighth) posted their fourth wins this season. Sulavik surrendered just six points the entire match. Sydney Soloway '22 and Madison Sakheim '22 prevailed at the fourth and fifth positions, respectively. Eleanor Struthers '22 and Ellie Arnold '22 are tied for the team lead with six victories apiece after defeating their opponents at the seventh and ninth positions, respectively.

The Continentals host Colby College at 1 p.m. and William Smith College at 4 p.m. inside the Little Squash Center on Saturday, Feb. 1.
