Andrea Shipton ‘22 is the women’s track and field team’s January Athlete of the Month. Andrea broke the team indoor record in the pole vault at Utica College on Jan. 15, and then surpassed her own record at Utica again two weeks later. She cleared 3.45 meters (11 feet, 3.75 inches) at Utica’s Blue & Orange Invitational on Jan. 29. Andrea finished first in the pole vault in all three January meets.
