William Gianopulos ’29 is the men’s squash team’s February Athlete of the Month.

William went 8-0 at the ninth position during the month, ending the season on a 10-match winning streak. He swept his opponent against Trinity in the NESCAC Championship quarterfinals on Feb. 14, and prevailed in five-games in the ninth position against No. 19 Franklin & Marshall on Feb. 22. William won all three of his matches during Hamilton’s run to the Summers Cup Final at the CSA Division Team Championships. He rallied for a 3-2 against Wesleyan in the quarterfinal on Feb. 27, then swept his opponent during Hamilton’s 5-4 win over St. Lawrence in the semis on Feb. 28. William bested his opponent 3-1 in the final against Bowdoin on Mar. 1.
