Ruby Austin ’29 is the women’s track and field team’s January Athlete of the Month.

Ruby finished first in the 500-meter dash at the Utica Winter Opener and helped the Continentals capture the St. Lawrence Invitational team title by taking the top spot in the 400-meter dash. Ruby wrapped up the month by leading off a 4x400-meter relay that posted an All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference indoor championships-qualifying time at the New England Small College Invitational.
