Emily Pogozelski ’26 is the September Athlete of the Month for the women’s cross country team.

Emily was the Continentals’ top finisher in the Hamilton Short Course Invitational in fourth place out of 108 runners on Sept. 13. She placed 19^th out of 253 runners at Rochester’s Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 20.
