Nigel Dunkley joined the Hamilton College Sports Medicine staff in August 2023. He will be the athletic trainer providing care for women’s soccer in the fall, men’s basketball in the winter, and baseball in the spring.
Dunkley transferred from Utica College in 2017 to SUNY Cortland and graduated in May 2019 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training. After graduation he moved to Los Angeles to intern at Kobe Bryant’s MAMBA Sports Academy training facility in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
The Utica native returned home and launched his brand Hoopers Rehab in 2020 to help high school and college basketball players with their off-season training. Dunkley helped assist the Hamilton sports medicine staff with football throughout the team's 2022 season.
