Lindsay LeSueur was named Hamilton's first Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Wellness in August 2025 after she had served as the college's assistant sports information director since January 2022.Â
LeSueur came to Hamilton after spending time as the Aquatics Director at the Greater Philadelphia YMCA (Phoenixville, Pa). Prior to the YMCA, LeSueur served as the Sports Information Director at the University of Valley Forge from 2019 to 2021. At Valley Forge she was responsible for overseeing the statistical and historical data for 11 varsity sports, and she led the redesign of the athletics website. In addition, LeSueur was the assistant softball coach and a part-time faculty member for the physical education department.
Prior to her employment at Valley Forge, LeSueur was a tri-sport student-athlete at the university, competing on the women’s volleyball, basketball, and softball teams. She completed a marketing and promotions internship with Longwood University’s Department of Athletics, as well as a gameday operations internship with the Cleveland Indians' minor league affiliate Lynchburg Hillcats. As a student, LeSueur was an administrative assistant in the department of athletics for three years.
LeSueur, a native of Farmville, Va., graduated from Valley Forge in May 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management. LeSueur pursued a master’s degree in organizational leadership at Valley Forge and a master’s degree in sport management at West Virginia University. She graduated from both programs in May 2021.
