Hamilton College

Andrew Thompson joined Hamilton College as the Athletics Operations Assistant in August 2025. He was most recently at Marshall University where he served as the athletics department's assistant director for academics.

Thompson has also been the manager of stadium operations for the Charleston Dirty Birds, which is a member of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, a partner league of Major League Baseball. He was a baseball player at nearby SUNY Polytechnic and has a master's degree in business administration from SUNY Cortland.
