2019 NCAA women's cross country championship preview

Hamilton College's Brigit Humphreys '21 (Sherman, Conn./New Milford HS) will run in the 2019 NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Kentucky, on Saturday, Nov. 23.

Humphreys is competing in the national meet for the first time. The women's race starts at 11:45 a.m. Eastern time. She qualified by finishing in 11th place out of 274 athletes with a personal-record time of 22:42.4 on St. Lawrence University's 6-kilometer course at the 2019 NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Women's Cross Country Championship on Nov. 16.
