The Hamilton College Continentals set a women's team record in the 4x200-meter relay on Saturday at the 2019 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Indoor Championships held at Ithaca College's Athletics and Events Center.

The quartet of Cat Berry '19, Marie Steiner '20, Alanna McGill '21 and Diamond Jackson '21 finished fourth and posted a time of 1:45.46 in the 800-meter relay. Their performance eclipsed the previous record -- set nearly 11 years ago -- by more than two seconds.

Berry took fourth place in the finals of the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.92 seconds one day after she set a program record with a time of 7.90 seconds in the preliminary heats. She was also runner-up in the 200-meter dash in 25.55 seconds.

Mary Lundin '19 ended up 10th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:21.30 and Brigit Humphreys '21 was 14th in the mile run in 5:22.44. Hamilton landed in 13th place in the distance medley relay as the team of Liza Greene '22, Steiner, McGill and Humphreys posted a time of 13:03.03.

The Continentals finished in 11th place out of 40 schools in the team standings with 19 points. The College of New Jersey captured the team title with 87 points.
