Hamilton ended up 13th in the Northeast Region team rankings as the Continentals posted a dual match record of 11-4 including 3-3 in the NESCAC. Hamilton defeated Colby College, Trinity College and Connecticut College in conference matches. The Continentals' four losses were all against teams that landed in the top 40 at the end of the season, and three of those teams ended up in the top 11 in the rankings.

Hamilton's Sophia Aulicino '21 was ranked 50th among all singles players in Division III and 20th in the Northeast Region. Aulicino was selected for the all-NESCAC team for singles in May after she led the Continentals with 18 singles victories and finished with an overall record of 18-7. She played first flight singles in all 15 of Hamilton's dual matches. Aulicino reached the quarterfinals of the 2018 ITA Division III Women's Northeast Regional Championships singles draw back in September.
