Zonis '19 on all-NESCAC women's squash team

Hamilton College's Charlotte Zonis '19 (New Canaan, Conn./Milton Academy [Mass.]) was selected for the 2019 NESCAC Women's Squash All-Conference Team on Feb. 22.

Zonis, who played at the first position this season for the first time in her Hamilton career, is one of 20 athletes on the all-conference team and one of 10 voted to the second team. She's on the all-NESCAC team for the first time.

Zonis has won six matches this season including three against conference opponents. She helped the Continentals post an 8-1 victory against Connecticut College by sweeping her opponent in three games in the first round of the 2019 NESCAC Women's Squash Championship at Trinity College on Feb. 8. She leads all players on the Hamilton roster with 39 career wins.

Zonis leads the Continentals into the 2019 College Squash Association National Team Championships this weekend. Hamilton takes on Bates College in the Walker Cup quarterfinals at Wesleyan University on Friday, Feb. 22 at noon.
