The Hamilton College Continentals race in the 2019 NCAA Division III Women's Rowing Championships at the Indianapolis Rowing Center at Eagle Creek Park on May 31 and June 1.

Hamilton received an at-large bid to the championships on May 14. The Continentals, who finished fourth at the 2015 championships in their only other appearance, ended the regular season ranked second in the New York Region by the NCAA in the I Eights, II Eights and Team categories. Hamilton is also No. 6 in the final USRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Division III Top 15 poll of the regular season.

The Continentals' second varsity 8 is in a heat at 8:24 a.m. on Friday with fifth-ranked Ithaca College, No. 4 Wesleyan University and No. 2 Wellesley College. Hamilton's varsity 8 takes on Wellesley, No. 3 Worcester Polytechnic Institute and No. 10 Pacific Lutheran University at 8:48 on Friday morning. The second varsity 8 repechage is scheduled for 3:48 p.m. on Friday and the varsity 8 repechage follows at 4 p.m. Unanimous No. 1 Bates College along with Washington College, who received votes in the latest poll, are also competing at the championships this weekend.
