Anna Lindgren-Streicher

Anna Lindgren-Streicher joined Hamilton's staff as the head men's and women's rowing coach in January 2024. Lindgren-Streicher had previously held the same position at St. Mary's College of Maryland since 2018.
 
Lindgren-Streicher took over the St. Mary's College of Maryland program just two years after it was elevated from club to varsity status. In 2022 she led the women to their first Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference (MARC) team championship and NCAA Division III championship qualification. Lindgren-Streicher was named the 2022 MARC Women's Coach of the Year after St. Mary's won the gold medal in the varsity eight and the silver medal in the second varsity eight at the MARC championships.
 
Prior to St. Mary's, Lindgren-Streicher was an assistant women's rowing coach from 2016 to 2018 at Division II Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where she was responsible for coaching the varsity fours and second varsity fours. She also coached at Tufts University from 2004 until 2016. At Tufts Lindgren-Streicher served a number of roles including associate head coach for men's rowing (2009-16), assistant coach for women's rowing (2008-09) and novice women's coach (2004-08).
 
Lindgren-Streicher has been a member of the NCAA Division III Women's Rowing Committee since 2021, and was elected chair of the committee in June 2023. She had also served as chair of the MARC Awards Committee since 2019.
 
Lindgren-Streicher rowed on the varsity team at Tufts from 2000 to 2004, and for the Mendota Rowing Club junior girls in Madison, Wis., from 1998 to 2000. She graduated cum laude from Tufts with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
