Pooley was placed on the second team and she is one of 57 athletes on the three all-America teams. Pooley is the 20th different Hamilton women's lacrosse player honored on the team. Her all-America award is the 28th collected by the Continentals from the IWLCA.

Pooley started all 15 games at midfield as she led the Continentals or tied for the lead in all major statistical categories including points with 44, goals (23), assists (21), caused turnovers (37), ground balls (37) and draw controls (54). She made the all-NESCAC and all-Berkshire Region first team earlier this spring.

Pooley finished her 64-game career with 135 points on 93 goals and 42 assists. She is one of only a handful of players in team history that recorded more than 100 career points, draw controls (155), ground balls (117) and caused turnovers (114). She ended up with two all-conference and three all-region awards, and in May received the Jean-Marius Gelas Memorial Award at Hamilton's senior varsity athlete awards celebration. The Gelas Awards are presented annually to a male and female senior student-athlete who has displayed outstanding development in sportsmanship, leadership, character and athletic ability during their college years.
