The midfielder made the all-region first team in the Berkshire Region on May 12. She started all 18 games for the Continentals and led the team with 40 points, 15 assists, 38 ground balls and 31 caused turnovers. Fletcher tied for second on the team with 25 goals and won 13 draws.

Fletcher finished her collegiate career with 96 goals and 35 assists for 131 points in 66 games. She added 101 ground balls, 77 caused turnovers and 50 draw controls.

Hamilton finished 2017 with an overall record of 12-6 and the Continentals played in the second round of the NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championship. Hamilton was ranked as high as eighth in late April in the Top 20 coaches poll and the Continentals were 12th in the final poll of the regular season. Hamilton finished in a tie for first place in the NESCAC standings with an 8-2 record during the regular season. The Continentals were seeded second for the conference championship and they advanced to the semifinals. The seeding and place finish were the highest in six years. Hamilton joined the NESCAC for lacrosse prior to the start of the 2012 season.
