Five women's hockey players honored for academic achievement

Five Hamilton College female student-athletes earned 2019-20 Krampade/American Hockey Coaches Association Academic All-Star honors for Division II-III East on Tuesday, August 11.

Krampade/AHCA Academic All-Stars Division II-III East List

Student-athletes must have attained a grade point average of 3.75 or better for the fall semester and participated in at least 40 percent of their team's games. A small number of waivers to the 40 percent participation requirement was granted due to injury or for back-up goaltenders.

Hamilton's five honorees are listed below.

The Continentals advanced to the NESCAC championship semifinals for the second year in a row. Hamilton finished with an overall record of 16-9-1 and tied the team record for wins that was first set in 2018-19.
