Ben Jackson joined the Hamilton College men's and women's track & field coaching staff in November 2018. Jackson works with the middle-distance and distance track athletes. He was an assistant coach for the Chittenango High School cross country and track & field programs from 2012 until 2016.
Jackson earned all-Atlantic Region honors for men's cross country in 2008 for finishing in 16th place at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional championships and helped SUNY Plattsburgh qualify as a team for the 2008 NCAA men's cross country championship. He was a four-time National Junior College Athletic Association champion and seven-time all-American in cross country and track & field at SUNY Delhi, and was named the school's athlete of the year in 2007.
Jackson is currently enrolled in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Level 1 Academy. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Plattsburgh in 2009.
