Men's track & field begins outdoor season in suburban Philly

The Hamilton College Continentals finished in 17th place out of 29 teams at the 2019 Danny Curran Invitational at Widener University's Elizabeth J. Hirschmann Field at Leslie C. Quick Jr. Stadium on Saturday.

Bryce Murdick '20 and Chris Skeldon '20 qualified for the 2019 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Outdoor Championships and set personal records in the 10,000-meter run. Murdick finished fifth with a time of 31:23.26 and Skeldon was 13th in 32:56.92.

Sam Robinson '20 took fifth place among collegiate athletes and was seventh overall in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.14 seconds. Robinson landed in eighth place overall in the 200-meter dash in 22.41 seconds.

Hamilton hosts its outdoor invitational at Pritchard Track on Saturday, April 6 starting at 10 a.m.
