Members of the Hamilton College men's track and field team traveled to Boston on Sunday to compete in Boston University's 2019 Last Chance Indoor Qualifier, which featured competitors from all three NCAA divisions.

With the 2019 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Indoor Championships next weekend, the meet was the last chance for athletes to hit necessary qualifying marks in their respective events. Ithaca College is the championship host this year and the two-day event kicks off on Friday, March 1 in Ithaca, N.Y.

Ty Kunzman '20 improved his own program record for the third straight week in the 35-pound weight throw. Kunzman was the top Division III competitor in the event as he placed sixth with a school record of 18.02 meters.

Will Richardson '21, Jake Bolster '19 and Hugo Frost '22 were also part of that relay.
